Day Care Center in Be'er Sheva

The daily care center serves as a public meeting point due to its proximity to open public areas (Austrian Soldier Park and Eliyahu Vaknin Park), community centers and many educational treatment public institutions.
While observing the area we came to a conclusion that the urban life in it is very low and lacking and the need for creating a public meeting point is vital. The daily care center will provide a public meeting point and server as a heart of the educational treatment center.
The daily care center will not serve as another closed compound but as a center that will aspire to create a city wide system that will answer the need of the general population of Beer Sheva and its surroundings.

Public Institutions

The planning of the building provides a friendly and accessible environment that focuses on the target population and its special needs.
As a first step, by using the current topography as the main element, we have created a sequence in favor of pedestrian movement through the building from Aba Ahimeir St to Mivtsa Uvda St.
Necessary climate solutions were provided taking in account the arid climate that characterizes the city of Beer Sheva.
The high temperatures in the summer and relatively low rainfall amounts require particular reference in the environmental planning.
